Tennis can be such a lovely sport, if you are into sweating and looking fabulous. Wimbledon 2008 has been underway, and my DVR has been working overtime recording every serve, volley, and backhand on The Tennis Channel.
I was overjoyed to see both Williams sisters advance to the semi-finals, in which if they both win, will face each other in the finals. But even more interesting were the outfits they dawned on the court. Serena as always made a statement with this white trench during warm up. Her much more conservative, yet still stylish sister Venus looked classy in a grecian-eqsue white dress. And though not a winner this time around, Maria Sharapova (who isn’t on my radar of favorite tennis players) impressed me with her menswear ensemble. Tres chic!
