SNOW WHITE

I’m always fascinated by what editorials make the rounds on style blogs.  Just last week, I consumed 6576514432 images of Erin Wasson but when I came across these photos in i-D Magazine at Vroman’s today I thought to myself – where the hell has this been?

It is no secret that Mariacarla Boscono is one of my favorite models.  She’s Italian, almost 30 years old and embodies the menacing brunette archetype that I cherish so much.  Styled as a garter wearing, light bulb worshiping, masturbating Snow White in this editorial brings me much viewing pleasure as I’ve been seeking out better fashion photography as of late.  Who else is done with the jumping model?  I certainly am.

Daisy Lowe entrances me.  It is the combination of her saucer eyes, gorgeous brown hair and amazing nude body.  Her look is a bit witchy too – maybe she has even put a spell on us.  Either way, Daisy is exactly the kind of girl we have been waiting for.
